P.R.I.D.E. ERG Event Highlights
The P.R.I.D.E. ERG serves its members by creating an affirming environment throughout ECS for all LGBTQIA+ members and allies. The P.R.I.D.E. ERG works to create and maintain safe, inclusive, and equitable spaces for systematically marginalized members to be heard, celebrated, treated equally, and treated with dignity. Finally, the P.R.I.D.E. ERG strives to foster unity and dignity amongst LGBTQIA+ members, their families, friends, and allies by creating awareness regarding LGBTQIA+ issues and providing access to mentors and subject matter experts on policy and dismantling oppression.
