ECSers on Celebrating Hispanic/Latinx Tradition
The ECS H.E.A.T. ERG: Empowering Our Hispanic/Latinx Community
The ECS H.E.A.T. ERG plays a pivotal role in uniting Hispanic and Latinx employees and allies. This group is not only a resource for professional growth and support but also celebrates the cultural heritage that shapes our team members’ lives.
In 2024, the H.E.A.T. ERG partnered with ECS Cares, ECS’ corporate philanthropy initiative, to tackle food insecurity through a “Blessings in a Backpack” food drive. Food insecurity affects millions of families across the United States, including Hispanic and Latinx communities. To highlight the food drive, the H.E.A.T. ERG hosted a “Fiesta” event, gathering ECS employees to pack more than 500 nutritious meals for children in need in our local communities.
Moving Forward: A Legacy of Empowerment at ECS
ECS recognizes that celebrating diversity is more than just a moment in time; it’s an ongoing commitment to inclusion, understanding, and community building. We are proud to have platforms like the H.E.A.T. ERG that allow our team members to contribute to a more inclusive workplace.
As we celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month, we honor the heritage and legacy of Hispanic and Latinx communities and remain committed to creating an environment where all employees can thrive.
Grit. Drive. Community. Excellence.
