Keith Quigley brings more than two decades of management and consulting experience to his role as senior vice president of enterprise solutions at ECS. In this position, Mr. Quigley is responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of mission-oriented information technology (IT) solutions and services. He leads 1,500 members across seven divisions including advanced engineering and scientific services, strategic planning and acquisition management, IT service management (ITSM), systems integration and support, technology requirements and analysis, and health IT. Mr. Quigley also leads the ECS Elite ServiceNow line of business, supporting both commercial and federal customers.

Mr. Quigley has spent his career providing strategic consulting and leadership to federal agencies including the DoD, Justice, State, and organizations in the intelligence community. A seasoned operations management executive, he has consulted in the areas of IT, business systems modernization, and management consulting services. Prior to joining ECS, he spent 20 years at CGI Federal, where he oversaw pursuit management, client relationships, and operations and program delivery, generating $250M annually across a diversified portfolio of contracts in multiple DoD operating units. As a vice president and account manager at the Department of Justice, he managed a staff of more than 500 employees and delivered $92M annually in contracts.

Mr. Quigley has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. Mr. Quigley holds a PMP certification.
