Karthik Srinivasan is the vice president of strategy for Defense and Intel. In this role, he advises and leads teams of executives and ECS staff to grow ECS’ capabilities and market penetration within the Defense and Intel segment. Prior to this role, Mr. Srinivasan led teams providing service delivery capabilities for defense agencies such as DISA, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, and the Defense Manpower Data Center, among others. He has more than 30 years of experience leading large federal and commercial accounts and driving growth.
As the chief operating officer of IndraSoft, Mr. Srinivasan grew and guided the company to its successful acquisition by ECS. He also served as senior vice president for IBA before its acquisition by DLH Corporation. During his 20 years in government consulting, Mr. Srinivasan oversaw large portfolios across defense, homeland security, and health IT at ManTech and WBB (now Serco). Through this work, he gained significant capture, business development, and operations experience. He has also run Fortune 500 accounts for Exela Technologies, a business process automation leader.
Mr. Srinivasan has a master’s degree in finance and information systems from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Madras, India. He holds PgMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, and CSM certifications and has completed executive leadership programs through the University of Michigan and the University of Cambridge (UK). He is a three-time FedHealthIT 100 Award winner and a FedHealthIT 100 Hall of Fame member.
