ECS is a proud sponsor of the third annual ISW Security Conference in Washington, DC. The event gathered a diverse group of civilian and military leaders to generate disruptive ideas on national security strategies. This year’s conference was held on September 5, 2018.
The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) advances an informed understanding of military affairs through reliable research, trusted analysis, and innovative education. The theme of this year’s conference was “converging threats.” In her welcome letter to conference attendees, ISW founder and president Kimberly Kagan described the landscape: “American national security can no longer afford to compartmentalize threats into distinct theaters, place adversaries into their own silos, or treat crises one at a time,” she said. “Simultaneity and interactivity increasingly describe the security environment we face.”
As a leader in advanced technologies for national security, it is critical for ECS to have a seat at the table during these important and timely discussions. Our commitment to national security is built on continuing to develop the greatest intelligence and technology capabilities in the world from cybersecurity and biometrics to artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
