FAIRFAX, VA., March 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — ECS Federal, LLC, a rapidly-growing provider of high-end engineering, scientific, technical, and mission critical solutions to Defense and Federal Civilian customers, announced today that it has acquired a prime position in the large business category of the U.S. General Services Administration’s Alliant Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

The Alliant contract offers a high level of flexibility and efficiency providing optimal mission support throughout the life of the contract.  Among other things, the contract provides for:

  • A robust scope aligned with both the Federal Enterprise Architecture and the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture and access to a full range of comprehensive IT services and IT services-based solutions;
  • A full spectrum of contract types (fixed price, cost reimbursement, labor hour, and time and materials); and
  • Worldwide coverage.
