SCOTT HOGE

As vice president of Cybersecurity at ECS, Scott Hoge leads the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, driving innovation and expertise across the company. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions and exceptional results, Mr. Hoge partners with fellow ECSers, vendors, and clients to address complex threats and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Hoge is a seasoned technical and business-capture executive with a diverse background in leading strategic technical and capture efforts, primarily in the federal sector. Before joining ECS in 2025, he was a consulting director and senior capture manager at CGI for more than 12 years. In that role, he focused on cybersecurity efforts, many of them for the Department of Homeland Security. He has led technical teams implementing identity management solutions and supporting other defensive cyber capabilities.

Mr. Hoge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Information Technology degree in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data science, also from Virginia Tech.
