Kelly Demaitre is senior vice president of Human Capital at ECS. Ms. Demaitre oversees multiple departments and programs, from Human Resources and Recruiting to career- and culture-building initiatives that help ECS attract, engage, and retain the technology and business talent that enables our growth.

Before joining ECS in 2024, Ms. Demaitre was the chief people officer at Karsun Solutions. She supported the IT integrator’s business strategy and growth with programs yielding faster recruitment times, increased employee satisfaction and retention, and third-party top-workplace recognition. Ms. Demaitre has also served as chief human resources officer at Dovel Technologies and held multiple leadership roles at CACI International, including senior vice president of Human Resources.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Demaitre has supported human capital initiatives across various industries, including government contracting, professional services, and information technology. A 2020 CHRO Pinnacle Award finalist and 2021 DCA HR Leader of the Year Award recipient, Ms. Demaitre serves on the executive advisory board of George Mason University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in human resource management from the University of Maryland.
