Jeremy Wiltz is the vice president of Justice Solutions at ECS. Mr. Wiltz oversees programs that support the Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), United States Marshals Service (USMS), and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) with cybersecurity, biometrics, information assurance, and data center management solutions. His leadership was instrumental in ECS’ securing the Enterprise Operations Center contract that supports the FBI worldwide.
Mr. Wiltz’s career spans more than 30 years in both public and private sectors. Prior to his current role, he served as ECS’ vice president of National Security and Intelligence, managing a global AI and machine learning platform for the Department of Defense. At the FBI, he held senior executive service positions including assistant director and deputy assistant director. He was responsible for the FBI’s enterprise cybersecurity and the deployment of the Next Generation Identification (NGI) system. He also held senior roles at the CIA, including chief information officer for the community management staff.
Mr. Wiltz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Old Dominion University, a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University, and certificates in program management and project management. A recipient of the Presidential Rank Award, he’s been a featured speaker at numerous industry events, including the Project Management Institute Global Summit and the Gartner IT Symposium.
