Deron Baker is vice president of the United States Postal Service (USPS) account at ECS. In this role, he leads all business development and the delivery of information technology (IT) operations for USPS locations throughout the U.S., including Memphis, Tennessee; Norman, Oklahoma; Merrifield, Virginia; and the District of Columbia. Mr. Baker oversees a team of more than 650 ECS employees delivering advanced technology solutions for the USPS. Services include IT modernization, IT operations, cybersecurity, geographic information systems (GIS), software development, network operations, strategic planning, portfolio management, and data analytics.

Mr. Baker has more than 20 years of experience in IT operations and emerging technologies. Previously, he served as vice president of delivery at CGI Federal (formerly Stanley Associates) providing senior-level leadership, oversight, and control for CGI’s United States Marine Corps programs. His extensive program management experience includes cost management, risk management, and developing and maintaining program management plans, project schedules, and system documentation.

Mr. Baker has a Bachelor of Science in technology education from Kent State University and a Master of Science in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix.
