Chris Drew is vice president of the Homeland Security Solutions division of the Justice and Homeland business unit at ECS. He manages and executes the company’s broad portfolio of contracts for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Mr. Drew oversees a team of nearly 700 individuals delivering advanced technology solutions for DHS, including IT modernization, cybersecurity, software development, data and AI, IT operations, cloud services, strategic planning, business analysis, and portfolio management.
Prior to ECS, Mr. Drew was a senior executive at Blackstone Federal, where he led a large portfolio of contracts and solutions as the senior director of solution delivery. During this time, his focus on program leadership, mission delivery, business development, and strategic planning resulted in double-digit, year-over-year revenue growth and the expansion of Blackstone Federal’s technical footprint. Before his time at Blackstone Federal, Mr. Drew worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he supported numerous federal organizations such as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and the United States Marine Corp (USMC).
Mr. Drew has a passion for building high-performing teams, delivering value to ECS customers, and achieving operational excellence. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Virginia Tech.
