Brittany McMaster serves as vice president of the ECS Health Account, leading growth across the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Mrs. McMaster brings a wealth of experience leading strategy, growth, and modernization efforts across government projects to drive impactful results. Her leadership style emphasizes building growth-oriented, collaborative teams, which has been instrumental in her success at ECS and, previously, at ERPi, where she served as Associate Vice President of Performance Management.

Mrs. McMaster’s career spans over 20 years, including significant roles on Capitol Hill, as a political appointee at the Small Business Administration (SBA), and as a consultant for federal and state-level clients. With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Central Florida and a minor in Business Administration, she has honed a strong foundation in communication, leadership, policy development and strategic planning. Mrs. McMaster lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two of her three children, with her oldest now serving as a U.S. Marine.
