Brian Orsi is vice president and CDAO account manager in our Defense and Intel business unit. Mr. Orsi leads teams of executives, program managers, and consultants responsible for strategy and growth related to ECS’ Chief Digital Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) customers.

Mr. Orsi has previously served as director of applied technology at ECS, leading the management of a hybrid-cloud network serving customers throughout the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State (DOS), and the Department of Justice (DOJ). In addition, he managed mission-critical, multimillion-dollar federal law enforcement programs with the DHS and DOJ.

Previously, Mr. Orsi served as associate director of the Office of Intelligence, Homeland Security Investigations at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He managed a staff of more than 400 agents, analysts, and administrative personnel worldwide and oversaw a nearly $70 million annual budget.

Mr. Orsi has a bachelor’s degree in administration of justice from George Mason University and is a member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association and the Fraternal Order of Police.
